Abhishek Kumar is a founding member of the employee  engagement platform Xoxoday. He is a serial entrepreneur and has created various solutions in the FMCG, Rewards Tech and Healthcare industries. Kumar has built numerous healthcare systems which have been successfully used in the field of telemedicine. He has a BTech in Metallurgy and Material Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Kumar was also Founder, Director of ProdIntel Technologies, cloud-based software and mobile/tablet-based product for Healthcare. In addition to this, he was Co-founder of WebAffinity Technologies, where he played an instrumental role in the company’s business development.Currently, Kumar is focussed on the rewards and incentive industry and solving key challenges of engagement and motivation in the incentive sectors.
